* Fragrance perception and intensity vary between individuals and environments.
* Product availability and quantities are subject to change without notice.
* Seasonal and limited-edition fragrances may not be restocked.
Minor cosmetic variations that do not compromise product safety, quality, or intended performance are not considered manufacturing defects.
We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, pricing errors, and inaccuracies as permitted by law.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Garden of Aromas reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability without prior notice.
By submitting an order, you authorize Garden of Aromas and its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.
You represent that:

Garden of Aromas is not responsible for overdraft fees, insufficient-funds fees, interest, or other charges assessed by your financial institution resulting from your payment arrangements, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Payment processing and refunds may be subject to the provider's terms and processing timelines.
We do not guarantee that payment authorizations, settlements, or refunds will appear in your account within a specific period.
SECTION 5 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

Orders will be shipped within the stated processing or shipping timeframe. If we cannot meet the applicable shipping timeframe, we will provide any required delay notices, cancellation options, or refunds in accordance with applicable law.
Once an order is shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.
Claims involving lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages will be evaluated using available tracking information, carrier records, customer documentation, and other relevant evidence.
Customers should contact us promptly if an order has not arrived or appears damaged.
SECTION 7 – REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, except as otherwise provided in our Refund & Return Policy or required by applicable law.
Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal fragrance preferences.
Refunds or replacements may be available for verified manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or order fulfillment errors.
Visible shipping damage, incorrect items, and other apparent delivery issues should be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, order details, original packaging, and additional documentation to support a claim.
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.
Customer-caused damage, improper product use, and unsupported or intentionally misleading claims are not eligible for discretionary refunds or replacements.
Manufacturing defects discovered after delivery will be evaluated based on the circumstances and applicable law.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCT SAFETY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Garden of Aromas products are intended for their designated home fragrance purposes only.
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge the importance of following all product-specific instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines.
Improper use may result in fire, burns, property damage, injury, or other hazards.
Candle Safety & Care
For safe candle use:
* Never leave a burning candle unattended.
* Keep burning candles away from children and pets.
* Keep candles away from curtains, furniture, decorations, and flammable materials.
* Always burn candles on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
* Trim candle wicks to approximately 1/4 inch before each use.
* Keep the wax pool free from matches, wick trimmings, and other debris.
* Avoid burning candles near drafts, vents, or fans.
* Never move or touch a candle while the container or wax is hot.
* Follow the maximum burn time indicated on the product label.
* Discontinue burning when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains or as otherwise directed by the product's safety label.
* Never use water to extinguish a candle.
Wax Melt Safety & Care
To prevent fire or injury:
* Remove all packaging before use.
* Use only warmers specifically approved for wax melts.
* Follow the warmer manufacturer's instructions.
* Never leave an operating warmer unattended.
* Keep warmers and melted wax away from children and pets.
* Do not add water or other substances to melted wax.
* Never melt wax directly on a stovetop or in an unapproved appliance.
* Use on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials.
* Allow wax to cool before handling or disposing of it.
Room Spray Safety & Care
* Use only as directed on the product label.
* Do not ingest.
* Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and sensitive surfaces.
* Keep away from children and pets.
* Do not spray directly onto people or animals.
* Do not spray toward open flames, heat sources, or ignition sources.
* Test on an inconspicuous area before spraying near fabrics or furnishings, where permitted by product instructions.
* Avoid use on surfaces that may be damaged or stained by fragrance ingredients.
* Follow any flammability or ventilation warnings provided with the product.
Reed Diffuser Safety & Care
* Keep diffuser liquid away from children and pets.
* Do not ingest diffuser liquid.
* Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and finished surfaces.
* Place diffusers on a stable surface away from heat and open flames.
* Clean spills promptly according to the product instructions.
* Do not place directly on unprotected wood, painted, or delicate surfaces.
* Do not add water or other substances to the diffuser.
* Use only as directed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers agree to follow all safety instructions supplied with purchased products.
Garden of Aromas is not responsible for damage or injury caused solely by product misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow clearly provided safety instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for defective products, negligence, or other matters where exclusion is prohibited by law.
SECTION 9 – PRODUCT STORAGE & HANDLING
Our products should be stored and handled according to their instructions.
Customers should avoid exposing home fragrance products to excessive heat, direct sunlight, freezing conditions, or other environments that may compromise product quality or safety.
Garden of Aromas is not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery, except where required by law.
SECTION 10 – FRAUDULENT CLAIMS & MISREPRESENTATION
Garden of Aromas is committed to protecting both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to review and investigate suspicious transactions, damage claims, refund requests, and other order-related concerns.
Examples of prohibited conduct include:
* Knowingly submitting false or altered photographs.
* Misrepresenting customer-caused damage as shipping or manufacturing damage.
* Falsely reporting items as missing or damaged.
* Submitting knowingly inaccurate order information.

These Terms also apply, where relevant, to products purchased directly from Garden of Aromas at vendor markets, pop-up shops, festivals, and other retail events.
Customers are encouraged to inspect products before completing an in-person purchase.
All in-person sales are final, subject to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
Shipping damage provisions do not apply to products handed directly to customers.
Claims involving verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will be reviewed in accordance with our policies.
Any separately booked candle-making event or mobile candle bar experience may be governed by additional booking terms, cancellation policies, and safety requirements provided at the time of reservation.
SECTION 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
