Refund & Return Policy

At Garden of Aromas, customer satisfaction is our priority! We take pride in handcrafting quality home fragrance products and carefully preparing each order. We want every customer to have a wonderful experience with our products.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preferences. However, if an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we're happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery through our website's chat feature or contact page.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  *   Your order number and name associated with the purchase.

  *   A detailed description of the issue.

  *   Clear photographs of the affected product, including any visible damage.

  *   Photographs of the original shipping packaging, including the shipping label, if applicable.

Please retain all affected products and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Additional photos, information, or return of the affected product may be requested to verify the claim.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. All claims are subject to review.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued for verified issues involving:

  *   Manufacturing defects that affect the product's intended function or safe use.

  *   Products damaged during shipping transit.

  *   Incorrect items resulting from an order fulfillment error.

Garden of Aromas reserves the right to review supporting documentation and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, consistent with applicable law.

Non-Eligible Claims

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  *   Personal fragrance preferences, including disliking a scent or finding it too strong or too light.

  *   Changes of mind after purchasing.

  *   Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, use, or failure to follow product care and safety instructions.

  *   Accidental damage occurring after delivery, including dropped or broken products.

  *   Products that have been modified, contaminated, or improperly used after purchase.

  *   Normal product characteristics or cosmetic variations that do not affect product quality or intended performance.

  *   Claims that cannot be reasonably verified or are supported by false, altered, misleading, or inconsistent information.

Normal variations in color, appearance, or fragrance perception are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product Care & Proper Use

Customers are responsible for following all product instructions and safety warnings.

Garden of Aromas is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow provided instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

Claim Verification

To protect our customers and business, Garden of Aromas reviews all submitted claims.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, examine returned products when necessary, and review order fulfillment records, shipping information, and other relevant evidence.

Claims found to be fraudulent, intentionally misleading, or unrelated to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or fulfillment error will be denied, except where otherwise required by law.

Approved Refunds & Replacements

Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions regarding the resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement product or refund to the original payment method.

Please do not discard or return any products unless instructed to do so.
